Verifiable practices
Every item below leaves a trace in the repository — and can be demonstrated in technical due diligence.
Decision records (ADR)
Every structural decision has a document with context, choice, rejected alternatives and consequences.
Automated tests as a merge condition
Continuous integration runs the suite on every pull request. Red does not reach main.
Mandatory pull request review
No direct pushes to the main branch. Linear, traceable history with conventional commits.
Reproducible environments
Development, staging and production in separate cloud projects, created by Terraform.
Observability from the first deploy
Structured logs carrying the tenant identifier, plus standard metrics and distributed tracing.
Documentation in Portuguese
Code in English; documentation, domain glossary and runbooks in Portuguese, so the customer’s own team can read them.
Delivery model
- Engagement
- Platform subscription (SaaS per module) or fixed-scope projects with incremental delivery.
- Cycle
- A reviewable increment in production weekly or faster, accepted against test cases written beforehand.
- Handover
- Code, infrastructure and documentation delivered into the client’s repository whenever the contract requires it.
- Support
- A single ticket channel with response times defined in the contract.
